Registering to order online is fast and easy whether you already have a client account or prefer to make purchases using a credit card.

You can place an order once you’re logged into your client account. Simply find the product through our online search, add it to your cart and checkout using your preferred method.
Some orders do take a few minutes to process, but no need to worry, if you received an on-screen confirmation that your order was placed, we have it and will send a confirmation shortly. If you don’t receive one within 2 business hours, please contact our Customer Service and have the on-screen order confirmation ready if possible (if you don’t have it, we will still find your order!) :

Once logged into your account, your full account order history is available online via the menu in the top right corner. From a previous order, you can access to the page of products ordered in the past.
If you can’t find the product online, it may be discontinued or not available online. If so, contact our customer service who will help you find the item or its new equivalent at:
