General Information

  • You can find a quote or an order online in a few simple steps:

    1. Click on the “Log In” button at the top-right
    2. Log in using your work email or work cellphone number
    3. Follow the instructions
    4. Once logged in, click Orders from the menu at the top-right
    5. Use the search box or scroll through the list to find the order you want. To search, use the quote or order number

    If your quote or order does not appear, it’s possible that it has not yet been generated. For more information, contact us at:

  • To obtain a quote or pricing outside of your online account, contact your Account Representative or Customer Service. Have your shipping address or company name ready.

Logging In

  • Registering to order online is fast and easy whether you already have a client account or prefer to make purchases using a credit card.

    Account Holders

    1. Click on the “Log In” button at the top-right
    2. Log in using your work email or work cellphone number
    3. Follow the instructions

    If your work email and work cellphone number are not recognized, it is possible that your company has a client account, but that you are not authorized by your employer. Contact customer service:

    Non-Account Holders

    Contact customer service to open a customer account:

    1. Once logged in, click “Contacts” from the menu at the top-right
    2. Click “Add contact”
    3. Follow the instructions

Ordering

  • You can place an order once you’re logged into your client account. Simply find the product through our online search, add it to your cart and checkout using your preferred method.

Order Status

  • Some orders do take a few minutes to process, but no need to worry, if you received an on-screen confirmation that your order was placed, we have it and will send a confirmation shortly. If you don’t receive one within 2 business hours, please contact our Customer Service and have the on-screen order confirmation ready if possible (if you don’t have it, we will still find your order!) :

Updating My Account

    1. Click on the “Log In” button at the top-right

    3. Follow the instructions
    4. Once logged in, you can update your shipping addresses, contacts et billing preferences from the menu at the top-right

Product Information

  • Once logged into your account, your full account order history is available online via the menu in the top right corner. From a previous order, you can access to the page of products ordered in the past.

    If you can’t find the product online, it may be discontinued or not available online. If so, contact our customer service who will help you find the item or its new equivalent at:
