Unless otherwise specified at the time of sale, you may return a product sold on slingsupplies.com by Lam-é Industries, Inc., and Chaînes & Élingues St-Pierre Canada, Ltée, (collectively, the “Lam-É St-Pierre Group”) and/or their subsidiaries.

When you return an item, you may be presented with different return options depending on the item or the reason for the return.

Additional terms and conditions may sometimes apply. These will be indicated on your quote or order. You will also be bound by the rules, terms and agreements governing the return and refund conditions set out below. If these Conditions of Returns and Refunds are not compatible with the Conditions of Returns and Refunds specified on your quote or on your order, the latter shall prevail.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method and credit or debit card used for the original purchase (with the exception of gift cards: you will receive a new gift card as reimbursement).

Conditions for claiming a return and/or refund

• Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
• No returns will be accepted without a numbered return authorization valid for a period of 30 days.
• A restocking fee corresponding to 20% of the price paid is applicable to any refund.

Cases that cannot be returned or refunded

• Any product made to specific customer specifications cannot be returned and/or cancelled.
• Any complaint made after the 10 days following receipt of the goods.
• Any product for which the complaint is presented or which are not returned within the deadlines provided above.
• Any non-defective product that is not in an unused condition. That is to say that has been taken out of its original box and/or whose manuals, accessories, parts, warranty information and/or certificate are missing.
• Any product made to special order.
• Any product purchased during a final or a clearance sale.

Return and refund procedure

• Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, in unused condition and in the original box. Manuals, accessories, parts and warranty/certificate information must be included.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the merchandise being returned.

A restocking fee of at least 20% is applicable for any return.
